Our founders journey began in home economics class at Halls High School. There he learned not only the craft of cooking, but the deeper calling to serve others well. That calling became a lifelong mission.

Today, Scout's is founded on faith in God and a commitment to our community. We believe food is more than a meal - it is a way to care for people. With every biscuit we bake, we honor Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, serve our neighbors with grateful hearts, and share the warmth that first inspired us decades ago.
